Lindsay Lohan seems to have plenty of time on her hands despite having many hours of community service left to complete.
The 28-year-old was spotted returning home from an evening out dining with friends on Tuesday - just over a week before her court ordered deadline.
The actress has until Thursday May 28th to complete around another 100 hours of community service - which means she needs to get nine 11-hour shifts in before then.

Lots of time: Lindsay Lohan spent Tuesday evening out dining with friends despite having a little over a week left to complete her court-ordered community service
If she doesn't complete it on time, she faces a prison sentence.
But Lilo didn't seem too worried about it as she headed out to dinner, looking rather stylish as she did so, wearing knee high black leather boots and a leather skirt that zipped down the middle, with a long-sleeve tight white top, long black coat, and an oversized pink scarf.
And the days before weren't spent servicing the community either: On Monday she posted videos of herself undergoing cryotherapy, in which she subjects herself to temperatures of -256f for three minutes at a time.
Am I bothered? The 28 year-old looked relaxed despite facing jail time if she doesn't get another 100 or so hours in before the May 28th deadline
Busy: On Tuesday Lilo took to Instagram to promote her upcoming fashion collaboration with Lavish Alice
Kryolife, the company that performs the therapy, claims benefits include a higher metabolism, relief from pain, and a quicker recovery from athletic wear-and-tear.
The day before that, Lindsay also posted videos of her taking ice baths in preparation for the freezing treatment.

On the run: It was reported the actress will flee to Monaco rather than go to jail for not completing her community service on time - which is looking less and less likely
The actress was ordered to do community service following her arrest for reckless driving and lying to the police back in 2012.
While she has managed to put some hours in at a women's shelter and a children's daycare, it is almost certainly too little to late to catch up with her quota - especially since her days seem so busy with other pursuits.
Last week TMZ reported the Mean Girls star is preparing to flee to a Monaco where a friend owns a hotel rather than face jail time in California.
Putting in the time: The Canyons actress shared an image of herself on Saturday getting to work at the TLC Women's Shelter
Helping out: She also managed to tick off some hours at a Brooklyn children's daycare facility
